Mesh Web Weavers, Family Dictynidae
These spiders are small and make a tangle web made out of hackled silk.  This silk comes from a special sieve-like plate located just in front of the spinnerets called a cribellum.  The silk is teased by a special comb found on forth leg which is called the calamistrum.  This teased silk is very good at capturing prey.  A good place to look for these spiders is on the surface of leaves or at the top of a dead weed where the web will be noticed first.
